Return & Refund Policy

At House of Alchemy, every product is handcrafted with care in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Due to the personal nature of our skincare products and for the health and safety of all of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened products.

Once an order has been shipped, all sales are considered final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (houseofalchemy@queenbehindthehouse.net).

Include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will gladly send a replacement or provide another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Our products are made with natural butters, oils, fragrances, and botanical ingredients. While ingredient lists are provided for every product, it is the customer’s responsibility to review all ingredients before purchasing.

House of Alchemy is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. We strongly recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full use.
